What is the Bunny Baby socks made out of?
Bunny Baby socks are made from high quality blend of materials designed for performance. The exact composition is 80% Cotton, 15% Polyester, and 5% Spandex.
Will it fit me?
Bunny Baby socks are designed to snuggly and supportively fit US Women’s sizes 5-12 and US Men’s sizes 4-9.
How do I care for my Bunny Baby socks?
We suggest to handwash or use a gentle cycle in the washing machine, then lay them flat to dry. No need to iron!

How do I place an order?
Purchases are only made through our website bunnybaby.store.
What are the accepted payment methods?
Bunny Baby offers bank deposit or online transfers to BDO and GCash.

Do you accept international orders?

Can I cancel or change my order?
You may request a cancellation or change of item within 1 hour after an order has been placed and paid for.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once it has been processed and shipped out.

How much are the shipping fees?
We ship nationwide in the Philippines
Metro Manila - Php 80
Luzon - Php 150
Visayas - Php 180
Mindanao - Php 200
Can I request a pickup via an express courier?
Our daily cutoff time for processing pickup requests is 12:00 PM (Mondays to Fridays, excluding holidays).
Once ready, customers may arrange pickup via express delivery couriers (Lalamove, Grab Express, Borzo, etc.) from our stockroom in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Further details and instructions will be sent via email.
Unfortunately, personal pickups are not allowed at the moment.
When will my order be shipped?
Complete orders are processed and shipped out after 1-2 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed for 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
1-3 days within Metro Manila
3-5 days for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao areas
How can I track my order?
An automated email update, together with the tracking link and number, will be sent once your order has been picked up for shipping. Do allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to process.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns at the moment. All sales are final.
